What areas in Gurgaon do you serve?
We currently serve 17+ areas in Gurgaon including DLF Phase 1–5, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Udyog Vihar 1–6, Ardee City, Vatika City, Malibu Towne, South City 1 & 2, Palam Vihar, and more. Use the Service Areas page to check yours.
What happens when it rains?
We do not clean cars on heavy-rain days to prevent smudging and scratches. Skipped days are added to the end of your subscription cycle — you never pay for them.
Can I pause the service?
Yes. Just notify us 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. We pause your subscription and carry forward your balance days.
Are your cleaners verified?
Every cleaner goes through a thorough training program and arrives in a Groomcar uniform. You'll always know who's cleaning your car.
What if I miss the cleaning slot one day?
No problem — we move on and try again the next day at your usual slot. There's no penalty.
Do you provide service on national holidays?
No. National holidays are off; those days are compensated by extending the subscription.
How do I pay?
During Phase 1 we collect payment via UPI / cash on the first day, or via the link our team shares on WhatsApp after confirming your booking. No upfront online payment required.
Can I add a second car?
Yes — multi-car households are supported. Each car can be on its own plan and slot.
